New Card Management & Spend Tracking Within Our Mobile Banking App!

In just a few days, you’ll experience new benefits when logging into the FRBFCU® Mobile Banking App! Our new Card Management & Spend Tracking Mobile Banking Features are launching on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.

You’ll soon experience new benefits when logging in to our mobile banking app!

Here’s what you need to know: 

  • Beginning on 8/1/2022, for up to 24 hours, the current card management functionality in our mobile banking app will be unavailable. If you need assistance during this period, please contact us. 
  • You can still use your cards, and access other parts of the mobile banking app during this time.
  • When you access the app on or after Tuesday, 8/2/2022, the app may need a few moments to update. 
  • IMPORTANT! After the update, be sure to log in to the mobile banking app and tap “My Cards”. For users with Notifications previously enabled, tapping “My cards” will ensure this feature is activated within the new experience.
  • Explore all the new features and enjoy the benefits of additional card management and spend tracking capabilities. 

Is There Anything I Should Do Today?

  1. If you haven’t already, download our mobile banking app today. Set up an account and login to become familiar with the app.

  2. Turn on automatic app updates on your phone so you get the new features as soon as they are rolled out.
